General Conditions of Contract

This contract is applicable; a distance contract pursuant to article 50 and ss.Del D.Lgs.6 September 2005 n.206 (consumer code). The contract relates to the sale of goods between the company BURSI EVOLUTION srl - VIA NOBILI, 187 - 41100 MODENA (MO) - P.Iva 03028870362 and the consumer (the customer).

The contract is concluded directly through the acceptance by a purchase proposal issued by the Customer by telephone or by internet following the invitation to offer content on the site.

Conditions of Sale

Purchases of the products, available as illustrated and described online in the relative descriptive and technical sheets, are carried out by the customer at the price indicated on the site, at the time of sending the order confirmation, in addition to transport costs, as displayed at the time of purchase. Before confirming the purchase to the customer, it will come; summarized the unit cost of each selected product, the total cost in case of more products and the relative transport costs and the total VAT. The prices of the products shown in the catalog are inclusive of VAT.

Delivery Products

The products purchased will be delivered to the shipping address indicated by the customer.

Always indicate a telephone number for any communications or fax or email. ( delivery time within 15 working days).

Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be carried out by carriers defined by   Bursi Evolution Srl   or its delegate. In this case, and only when the shipping cost is charged, the goods travel at our risk.
In case of theft /loss   Bursi Evolution Srl   undertakes to send a new product and, if it is unavailable and /or sold out, will propose a different product, but with equivalent characteristics, with the customer's faculty not to accept such a product new product and request the issuance of a credit note related to the product itself.

Assuming that the carrier is in charge in any way by the customer,   Bursi Evolution Srl will not be responsible for the loss and /or damage of the product from the moment of delivery of the goods to the carrier at its warehouses.

The delivery time, purely indicative and 'about 2 working days from the date of the order, the same may' undergo variations due to force m update or due to traffic conditions and traffic in general or by deed of the Authorities.
The delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, will take place during office hours: 8.30 am to 12.30 pm; from 15.30 to 19.30, every day, no holidays, from monday to friday.

The customer is required to verify that the package is intact and not damaged. Only after this verification the customer will have to; accept delivery.

In the event that the package represents visual anomalies with respect to the above, the customer will have to; raise the dispute directly to the carrier, do not collect the goods and send an email through the site or a fax to the   Bursi Evolution S.r.l.

Mode of Payment

Payment of the purchased products and the relative shipping costs must be made by the customer at the time of sending the order confirmation using one of the following payment methods:
